You are given the opportunity several times during the construction of your home to meet with our construction managers who will discuss the construction processes with you, as well as conduct three scheduled orientation sessions. You will also be given two pre-settlement inspections in order to insure your home meets the Gigliotti Group’s exacting quality standards.
